Should I allow a computerized lockbox to be used on my home?
Absolutely! Your Lenson agent will know every time someone shows your house. No one will enter without permission. You can still request to be notified before a showing, too. The lockbox just allows much easier showings for other agents to show their customers. Plus, there is a computerized record of their visit. Not to have a lockbox would dramatically reduce showings.
